close

When people make less-than-pleasant comments about my children being so close in age, I think of things like this. Things that I wouldn't trade for the world. Sure, they know how to push each others buttons (like any other set of siblings). But they are best friends. And do nearly everything together (including push MY buttons). I simply love it.

Freestone Park. We went with some friends to feed the ducks. And ended up at the playground. BIG shocker . . .

I get lots of rude comments from ppl all around with this huge belly of mine and a 17 month old. I used to watch my niece full-time from when she was 3months til she was 5 and her and Nolan were 14 months apart. Ppl assumed they were both mine and I didn't care. Once I was picking up meds for my migraines at Target and the pharm tec went over side effects with me as I was holding both kids in my arms. She told me the meds would make my birth control ineffective. I said, "oh that's not a problem, I'm not on birth control." - She rudely said, "well it looks like you should be." I even have a sister-in-law who says to me all the time how this problem could have been prevented and not have #2 and #3 18 1/2 months apart. ( her method is she chooses to be "with" her huns only when she wants another baby. I for one do not agree with that. I loved that talk this last General Conference about how many kids and when were between a husband and wife and no one else! - I think you are super mom too!

I read Sheri's comment and I'm just feeling all mama-bear for you guys!!
It is NOBODY'S business how many kids you have in what space of time. Ugh, we really need to come up with a fantastic comeback for idiots like that.

The pic is, of course, freaking adorable. You're a fantastic mommy and photographer. :)
