So one of my good friends, Kristi, had a baby recently. Baby
Brightlie was born at 2:55am on November 10
th.
YAY! I made Kristi a BUNCH of adorable baby essentials in a
cutsie pink and green argyle fabric:
Precious, right?!Here is all I made: burp cloths, comfort blanket, diaper clutch (with changing pad and decorated wipes case), nursing cover, shopping cart cover, AND sling. Everything turned out perfect, see (warning: picture overload):
Shopping cart cover (seriously, so nice to have with a teething baby)
Comfort blanket (with ties for car seat or stroller)
Diaper clutch with wipes case and changing padOn our way to deliver all of Kristi's gifts, we discovered a contribution from Joel:

You are so creative, Leigh. I am always in awe that you are able to create so many cute things, keep a clean house, and take care of your two little munchkins. I love those little shopping cart covers and I've never seen a diaper clutch. Very cute! Of course, I never take the kids shopping with me because there is no place to put them all and I'd need a huge diaper clutch! ;) I don't have time for cute things! Lol! Can't wait for Friday!

Leigh...I'm pretty much speechless. All of that stuff you made for Kristi is amazing...I really can't get over it! When I have a baby...we will definitely have to talk because I want to pay to have some of those really cute things :) By the way...do you ever get sleep??? 2 babies, all those projects, and an always clean house!!! I guess I just don't know how to organize my time like you :)
